All About Maltaโs Digital Nomad Visa
In 2021, we introduced the Nomad Residence Permit (NRP). This lets remote workers from third countries live and work here legally. The permit is for a year but you can renew it if you’re loving life in Malta as much as we think you will!
Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you need to be at least 18 and have a job that you can do remotely. You’ll also need an annual income of at least โฌ32,400. You must also have health insurance and a place to stay here.
How to Get Started?
Applying is a breezeโall online! Collect the required documents, like your passport, income proofs, and work contract. Send them over and pay a โฌ300 non-refundable application fee. Once approved, youโll need to provide proof of accommodation and health insurance. Easy peasy!
